This is about the death Of Syd barret and how boring Floyd were after he self imploded, I tend to agree with a lot of it ( which is why I worry about pete Doherty who is probably the finest lyricist for years)I don't know if it's my age or what but everything seems so anodyne now . I like my music a bit raw round the edges lyrically a bit off the wall not much production and I like male singers out of about 2000 songs on my itunes maybe 50 are by females. I find I have to hunt down new stuff and download a lot of stuff blind to hear the kind of stuff I like because all the radio stations are so mainstream.Then again I have been told severa time that I don;t think the same way as normal people too so maybe I just search for my own kind ........thank god I can't afford a crack habit
