Well that didn;t go quite according to plan , while the main break is healed the secondary one still hasn;t and they gave me the choice of not having a plaster on and not being abl;e to put any weight on it for another two weeks , or having a caste on but being allowed to put some weight ( but not all ) on it . I opted for the mobility and cast, which the consultant said would have been his choice as one twist and I would be back to square one . Why he would think I wqould take up the twist god knows they're funny blokes these consultants . Basils not back from the vets yet , but when I rang they said he was fine and would be available for pick up at 4pm. I will be taking pictures of his stitches so Urbs can sleep easy tonight

did they let you wash your feet before they put a new one on?
Poor dog. Not only has he lost his bits and pieces, he will have us all gawping at the remains too.
Yes he has one and her hates it he's a very miserable little poodle , no walks for ten days, collar on for ten days . Jack had to feed him scrambled eggs bit by bit last nnight to get him to eat :(
Bit of a bummer about the ankle.
Has Basil's voice gone up an octave ?
Can't you save Basils balls but cut off Johns?
Admittedly it's only my personal opinion, but I don't think John's got any.
I had no idea he was French.
Good comment trouty.
I, and all of the small girls in your neighborhood thank you.
